About Me

My name is Marian, and I own Mio Homes Ltd. I was born and raised in London, specifically Edgware. I studied Criminology at the University of Kent. I currently work as an Estates Project Officer in the council, managing projects in the council's commercial properties, in which I have gained plenty of knowledge and experience. I also own an advertising company, Planout Ltd, where we advertise things to do in London on social media and www.planout.co.uk.

I have always been passionate about property and interior design, regularly watching shows such as The Property Brothers, A Place in the Sun and more. Eventually, I would like to flip houses as this would bring my love for interior design and property together. In pursuit of this goal, I attended many property training courses, spending over £10,000 to ensure I got the correct training and eventually joined the Samuel Leeds Academy. I joined this academy to continue my property learning, network with like-minded individuals and receive continued mentoring from the property experts.

Fast forward to 2025, with a vast knowledge of several property strategies, continued property mentoring and passion. I am actively building my experience in property and interior design and building my capital to start flipping properties.

I launched my first Luxury Serviced Accommodation in Nottingham in February 2025 and we have received many bookings with exceptional reviews! I focus on renting properties and designing the interiors to provide working professionals with a beautiful home away from home.
